Fix the budget with the taxes inside it. In the Valencia region it was around 11 percent on top for us, and this surprises everybody.
Do not start with the agency, start with the street. Walk it on a Tuesday and again on a Sunday evening.
Keep one maintained source and ignore the rest, for us this is https://alegria-realestate.com/ where the listing dates are at least honest.
Ask when the price last changed, not what the price is.
He has seen six flats and bought none. This is normal, I told him. I saw nineteen.
